* Design Space Users: My designs are grouped into layers by like colors for easier layering.

*Mascot Changes : If you like this design but need a different mascot, I am happy to do so, for the same price as the original design. Simply message me and let me know which mascot you will like on which design. Please Do NOT purchase a design prior to me changing the mascot for you. Purchases need to be done AFTER I make the design with the mascot that you want (I will send you a link when I get the design listed). **Please note: I normally do mascot changes the NEXT morning that you message me, excluding weekends and holidays. Meaning if you submit a mascot change on Friday, I will not be able to get to it till Monday morning (as long as Monday is not a holiday), if you submit your request on Tuesday, it should be ready on Wednesday morning (excluding Wednesday holidays), and etc. **Please also note: If you submit a mascot request on one of my designs and do not purchase that design, I will not take any other request from you. So if you need to cancel that request, please do so before the next morning.

* I do NOT do custom orders. I ONLY do mascot changes on current designs.

* I do NOT give out my font names. I do apologize for this but I feel just like any other business, not giving away of their secrets, that set them apart from others.

* PLEASE ensure your machine is compatible before purchasing these files. Due to being a digital item, no refunds will be given. I do NOT give software advise, YouTube is a wonderful resource for beginners.

* Etsy sends links to your email after purchase. You can also download your purchase by clicking on the "You" in the top right hand corner and using the drop down box click on "Purchases and Reviews". This will show you all your orders and a download link will be right next to your order. Occasionally, Etsy is slow processing payments and sending links. Please be patient with Etsy to send you your link and/or your file download link will be available under Purchases.

MY HOURS

This is my part time job. I will try my best to answer you ASAP with all your questions. Please be patient with me. All holidays and weekends are set aside for my family. My normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 10am to 2 pm. If you happen to have a problem with your file, I will do my best to answer as soon as possible.

COMMERCIAL USE TIDBITS

* I allow my designs to use for small business use (200 or less times). If you use my design more than that please message me for a special license.

*My designs can NOT be sold as Sublimation Transfers.

*My designs can NOT be altered in any way. They MUST stay in their original form that they were purchased. You can however add a name or whatever you need to the original design but nothing can be taken away without PRIOR permission from me. This means no word(s) can be changed. However, please feel free to change the colors of the design to whatever is suitable for you and/or your customer. :)

*You can not redistribute my items digital in any way. My designs can NOT be made into embroidery files and then sold by you. You do NOT have my permission to do so. You can however convert and sell tangible items that you personally make.

*My designs can NOT be uploaded to any POD sites (Print on Demand). This is NOT acceptable.

*It is the buyers full responsibly to search trademarks for his/her country, to see what you can and can not sell. I do a full trademark search for myself and try to keep up to date on trademarks. However, this is fully the buyers responsibility because I do not know what you are selling the design on when you purchase it.

*My Mascot designs, year design, and all other designs can NOT just be changed by you if you know what font they are. This is NOT allowed. My designs can NOT be altered

*I do not charge an extra commercial license fee but I do have the right to REVOKE any license I see fit without a refund of any sort.

*I reserve the right to all my designs and I reserve the right to change commercial licensing as I see fit.
