Perfect tutu for Pride! Can also be used for carnivals, weddings, costumes, clowns, or anything rainbow themed! This knee length rainbow adult tutu is handmade from 25yards, two layers of hand cut panels in soft smooth red, orange, yellow, mint, green, turquoise, purple, fuchsia and hot pink Bridal tulle. All panels have been tightly machine gathered, doubled, serged and sewn to the soft rainbow fabric covered elastic waistband. This tutu is fully sewn not tied! It is machine washable and dryer safe. This skirt is made at 20" long and should be around knee length.
