We understand that one personalization design does not fit everyone’s personal taste and style. That’s why our talented graphic designer has created 9 unique personalization templates for our canvas Push Pin Travel Maps, making it a breeze to truly make the map your own! All of our personalization templates can be modified with your own text. For instance, we can add a pin legend to any of the options and can modify any of the pin legends to suit your needs. We can also change the quotes listed in the examples or add a quote to most of the options, as long as the text is not too long.

All of our maps come with 150 total push pins in a mixture of red, white, and black. A pin legend designates what each pin color on your map represents and can be added to any of our 9 Canvas map personalization templates. Example pin legends can be seen at the bottom of options 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 & 9. The pin legend can say whatever you like! Examples include:

We can easily accommodate 2-6 legend items and occasionally more, depending on the text length of each item and the map being purchased. We are experts at personalizing maps and will make sure your custom personalization looks awesome before it is printed on your map. We do not generally send proofs as this can substantially delay getting your order shipped. However, if you would like a proof of your personalization sent before the map is printed, please leave a note during checkout. Proofs will generally be sent within 2 business days after ordering. If you request a proof, we will not ship your order until you approve the proof, so please keep an eye out on your email. We are not responsible for delays in shipping your order if we do not hear from you regarding your proof. If you do not request a proof, we will NOT send one unless we have a question about your personalization.

►► HOW TO ORDER:

To order, simply select your frame option and one of the 9 personalization options from the drop-down menus. Then enter your complete text in the provided “Add your personalization” white box. Please Note: If the option you select includes a quote or saying it will be included unless you request for the quote to be removed or changed. Be sure to include your Pin Legend text as well (a pin legend can be added to all 9 options. See options 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 & 9 for examples of pin legends).

After entering your complete personalization, simply click "Add to cart" and then proceed through the checkout process. Keep an eye on your email (and spam folder) the next few days in case we have some questions about your personalization. If you select "No personalization", the personalized text area will simply be removed.

►► TYPOS:

Please, please, please carefully review your personalized text before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any typos you make while placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email after you complete your order where you can once again review your text for accuracy. If you do notice an error after submitting your order, please contact us ASAP so we can correct the typo before your map is printed. If you contact us after your map is printed, but before your order is shipped, we will charge you a $20 fee to have the map printed again.

All of our maps are handmade right here in the USA and we take great pride in each and every map we produce. The process starts by personalizing and then printing your map on premium canvas on our latex printer and then professionally dry mounting the map to sturdy foamcore board. ► Due to their custom nature, personalized maps & decor items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will print your personalization exactly as entered, so please double check all spelling, capitalization & punctuation to ensure accuracy before placing your order. ► APO ADDRESSES:
We will ship to APO and FPO addresses for an additional shipping fee. Orders will be shipped via USPS. Transit time varies substantially, so we can’t guarantee an arrival date for APO/FPO orders. Most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks, but occasionally, it is shorter or longer.

► P.O. BOXES:
We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes as FedEx does not deliver to them. Please enter a physical address at checkout.

► All of our pin maps can be personalized for FREE and will arrive ready to hang with 150 push pins and appropriate hanging hardware.

► Our PAPER MAPS are personalized with a metal plaque that is affixed to the map. Plaques can have up to 3 lines of centered text & up to 25 characters per line.

► Our CANVAS MAPS will have your personalization printed directly on the map itself, using one of our 9 unique templates. Canvas Maps will say "Canvas" in the title.

► Additionally, our paper maps have a smooth finish, and our canvas maps have a textured look and feel. Both paper and canvas maps are mounted to foamcore board, which is what holds the pins in place. Both versions are high quality and will last you a very long time!

► Your map will arrive with 150 pins in a mixture of red, white & black. Designate each color as you see fit! Many customers use 1 color for Places Visited, Planned Trips & Dream Vacations. Our map has His, Hers, and Our travels together. Get creative & track whatever you like!

► Our Paper Maps do not include a pin legend. However, some customers will include a legend on their personalized plaque. A pin legend can be added with your personalization on all of our Canvas Maps with your text printed directly on the map directly.

► We offer 8 standard frame options here on Etsy as well as additional premium frame options exclusively through our website.

► Many of our maps can be purchased as unframed/unmounted canvas posters. Our posters include personalization and are shipped rolled in a tube with 150 pins. World/US canvas posters are avail. in 4 sizes- 24"x36", 30"x45", 36"x54" & 44"x66". Upon receipt, you could have the map framed at a local hobby store or pin it to your wall.

► Most of our world maps show the outlines for all 50 US states. However, not all world maps have each US state named. Each map listing has a close-up picture of the US portion of the map to give you a better idea on the level of detail and if the states are labeled. ► None of our maps are laminated as the high gloss makes them harder to read and pin.

► None of our maps or travel artwork include glass.
