Are your items digital or printed?

I offer BOTH delivery options ❀ Digital File - You Print Your chalkboard can be printed at most local photo print shops. The file may be printed on card stock or regular paper and then mounted onto foam board or placed in a frame. ❀ Print & Shipped Print & Ship is only offered in the United States at this time. With this option we print & ship your board to you using our professional print lab. The board is printed on high quality professional paper & mounted to 1/8" masonite board. Your board will arrive at your door ready to be displayed!

Who is responsible for proofreading?

A proof is sent to you to review & approve before your file is finalized. We do our best to streamline any errors on our part, however, PLEASE review your proof carefully as Bailey Bunch Designs will not be held responsible for errors found after the product has been finalized and/or printed.

Do you offer refunds on digital files?

If there is a problem with your order, please let me know immediately and I will make my best effort to resolve the issue. REFUNDS & MODIFICATIONS TO ORDER Due to the nature of digital files and the design work involved, NO REFUNDS will be issued once an order has been placed. Orders are typically being worked on from the minute they come in and orders may not be cancelled, or personalization changed, once work begins.

What if I loose my file after you have emailed it to me?

Due the the large file sizes of my products and the quantity of items I process, I do NOT keep or store your file after it has been delivered to you via email.

What if I need changes made after you have emailed me my file?

One round of revisions is include, this includes minor text edits. This does not include changing the size, color, theme or layout of your design. If colors are not specified, the default colors of the main image will be used. A proof will be emailed to you to review. Please review your file and respond with any changes. When responding to your proof email, please send ALL revision requests at the same time. If you require ADDITIONAL revisions after the first round has been sent there is an additional fee per round of edits. We do our best to streamline any errors on our part, however, PLEASE review your proof carefully as BaileyBunchDesigns will not be held responsible for errors found after the product has been finalized or printing.

Are my photos okay to use?

Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality. Bailey Bunch Designs cannot be held responsible for photo quality. If I see a photo come through with low resolution, I will do my best to let you know. I will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. It is illegal for me to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photography or company that holds the copyright. By submitting me photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder.
