I love the convertible backpack. I bought it to carry my laptop, it was hard to find one big enough, I have a 15" laptop. The leather is super soft and the design is very simple but elegant. I got the black one and works with every outfit. I had a question about shipping and Roy was super responsive and got back to me within hours. Then he checked back to make sure i recieved it! Great customer service and great product!
