• Custom and personalized items such as stamped/engraved jewelry, custom orders, unusual chain lengths or altered in any way from the original design CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

• Non customized items CAN be returned or exchanged for a store credit/remake within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted they must not be worn or damaged and still in the original packaging. Because our items are handmade, there will be a 20% charge (plus shipping) as a restocking fee on all returns.

• Shipping fees are not refundable.
