This is a beautiful pen. I got it as a congratulatory gift for my husband's promotion. It came engraved (at no additional cost, thanks Jon!) With "Dream big. Dare to fail." But the engraving was for a left handed writer and my husband is right handed. (Basically the engraving is upside if held in the right hand)... Jon send me a new cap and was willing to work with me to get the pen right. My husband loves his pen. For fountain pen lovers, this is a medium nib. You can find an extra fine point on Amazon. Also, great weight once the cap is on.
Fantastic looking pen that makes a great gift. Quality is utmost. Ortmann made sure we had the best quality we could possibly have for the custom configuration. He even sent a second pen when he didn't feel the first measured up to his high standards!

These pens are beautiful and the customer service is fabulous. I ordered a pen with engraving for my boss as a retirement gift. I received the pen and realized that there was a mistake in the engraving (all my fault, no fault of the seller).
