ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Stretch holographic silver spandex high-waisted skater skirt. The shimmery fabric shows a rainbow of colors in the light and swings and twirls with movement. The skirt length is 15.5" from top to bottom - but if you'd like it shorter, please say so in the comments.
