It's always best to not get your jewelry wet. Do not wear in the shower and while swimming. Keep jewelry in plastic bag while not wearing with anti tarnish strip (precious metals). It is best not to wear jewelry while sleeping. Also most items are delicate so try not to bend too much or items will lose their shape.
Sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will tarnish but last forever. Remember once your jewelry starts to change color clean it using jewelry cleaner or other jewelry cleaning methods.

Always check your tracking number before contacting me. If your item says it was delivered check to make sure you put down the correct shipping address. If you did contact your post office or mailman. If you put the wrong address or your order says it was delivered there is nothing I can do.

All orders ship within three business days. Most ship within two business days.

Priority shipping does not make your order ship faster. Your order will still ship out in 1-3 business days.

If your fake nose, lip ring etc. is uncomfortable it is most likely too tight. Gently open the ring to loosen it to make it more comfortable.

Once shipped in the U.S. orders can take 2-5 business days. I am in Ohio so the length of time depends on where you are located. California usually takes the longest to receive.

I spend time making the jewelry. Other shops just cut the ends of the wire or sand the ends very fast leaving them sharp and pointy. I cut, sand and then use a tool to round the ends & on some items like nose rings I sand the ends again to make it a comfortable fit. Also all items come in a gift box.
Shipping is one flat rate no matter how many items you purchase & shipping costs are much lower than other shops!

Standard letter shipping- takes 3-5 business days in the US to receive. Is cheaper but does not have reliable tracking.

First class shipping- takes 3-5 business days in the US to receive once mailed & does not come with insurance and includes tracking

Priority shipping- takes 2-3 days to receive in the US once shipped & does come with insurance and tracking

If an order says it is delivered but you did not receive it there is nothing more I can do. This is the post office responsibility. If you are worried about this please checkout with priority shipping that comes with insurance so a claim can be made with the post office if a problem happens.

I do not see any payment information. Basically when you purchase you are paying Etsy and Etsy pays me at a later time. I cannot recharge your credit card. If you cancel a order and request a refund, I submit it to Etsy and they refund within 3 business days.
