All processing times and shipment dates vary by item. Each listing outlines the expected shipment times.

Generally, most items are shipped within 1-2 weeks after payment has cleared.

After an item has been marked shipped a tracking number will always be provided.

Please be advised that once an item is marked as shipped I CAN NOT be held responsible for any delays, lost or damaged packages due to the USPS.

My items ship standard first class mail, unless over the size limit then they will ship priority. However, it is YOUR responsibility to purchase my priority shipping add on listing, if you want to guarantee your item will be sent via priority mail.

n the event an item is lost or damaged (I do not guarantee any USPS delivery times) a claim will be filled ONLY if the priority mail add on was ordered as well. I must be notified within 24 hours after the order has been delivered and provided with photos of the damage. A refund will not be given until the claim has been processed through the USPS. Once the claim has been processed, I will only refund the cost of the item. I will NOT refund the shipping costs, as the shipping transaction was already completed and materials were used.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct as I only ship to the address you provide on your receipt. I can not be held responsible for a mis sent package due to an incorrect address input.

Please be mindful that when ordering any item from my shop I do my absolute best to perfect each item to the best of my abilities. I put forth a great deal of time to create each item that is ordered. I can only be held responsible for my work, not mishaps caused by the USPS. It is also up to every costumer to read my policies BEFORE placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.
