Use our personalized photo thank you postcards to let your guests know how much you appreciate their generosity or presence at your wedding/shower. Our standard size for the postcards is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.

When checking out, please let us know the following information in the "notes to seller" section:
• Salutation and names for back of postcard
• Return address for the back of postcard
• Don't forget to send us your photo - you can send either via an Etsy message or you can email it to heather{at}thepaperedwedding.com. Please make sure your photo is high-resolution - the quality of your Save the Date can only be as good as the quality of your photo! A photo with dark, extra space either at the bottom or top will work best with this design. If your photo is too light to read the white text, we will use a coordinating color from your photo.

Printable thank you postcards will be customized and sent to your email address that is on record with Etsy. We take pride in getting your files to you as quickly as possible. You can check out our current turnaround time in our Shop Announcement.

Our printable thank you postcards are NOT an instant download. Your customized file will be emailed to you and you will be able to download the file directly from the email.

At this time we're only offering printing service to the United States. Standard shipping costs for printed items are already factored into the price. Our digital, printable file is available worldwide and the "shipping" for those is always free. We will print your printed order and get it shipped to you via the shipping method you select when checking out within two to three business days after you approve the proof.

TURNAROUND TIME FOR PROOFS OR DIGITAL FILES

Once you order and provide the information for the text, we will send you the completed digital file or proof (if printed order) within one business day. For a printed order, once your proof is approved your order will be printed and shipped within two to three business days.

- A PDF reader (like Adobe Reader) to open, view, and print your PDF. If you don’t have Adobe Reader already, you can get it for free here: get.adobe.com/reader/
- Printer with ink or a document printing service like Staples, Office Max, Kinkos, etc
- Paper - for most items we recommend using 110# white card stock paper, 8.5 x 11 inches
- Scissors or a paper trimmer

For our printable items, no physical items will be mailed. Because they are digital, we do not offer refunds. We will make exceptions to this no-refund policy if there was an obvious mistake made on our part.

We try to make sure our designs will print true to what you see in the listing pictures. However, since computer monitors vary the color printed may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.

When you purchase this file you are licensed to use the digital product for personal or non-profit use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or transfer any of the files to a third-party.
