This innovative set, originally known as the SA Curve ruler, is crafted to mark seam allowance locations, facilitating better fitting and measuring while seamlessly adding allowances to European patterns. Each ruler allows for blending design lines or modifying seam allowance sizes with ease. Additionally, you can mark stitching lines directly on fabric, making those challenging areas like princess seams and armholes a breeze to sew. Enjoy the efficiency of drawing pattern lines while incorporating seam allowances simultaneously, as both sides of the ruler can be utilized.
The SA Curve Pattern Drafter Rulers feature four rulers in one! The larger ruler includes a #17 Dietzgen French Curve, a hip curve, a straight ruler, and a seam allowance ruler. It measures approximately 16 inches in length, 6 inches in height, and is made of 1/8" thick acrylic. Conveniently, this ruler includes lengthwise lines at 1/8" intervals for additional seam allowance widths. Crafted from vivid green acrylic with edge glow and printed in black and white, they are designed for maximum visibility on fabric and paper.
The SA Curve Mini Ruler, measuring approximately 12" x 4" and also 1/8" thick, offers additional smaller curves ideal for children's patterns, lingerie, and tighter radius curves like the crotch curve.
