1. Orders are shipped within the time period specified in the product description. As the items are all hand made by the two of us, and they may require several hours of work to complete, it may take up to fourteen days after the payment is processed to ship them. If you need to get your item sooner, please let us know when placing your order.

2. All items are packed safely, tracked on their way and insured for their whole price. If any problems occur with the delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.

3. The shipping costs depend on weight and size of the order and the place it is shipped to. We always try to select the most cost-effective mailing. The packages are always insured for loss and damage. May the goods be delivered damaged; the buyer should reject the package directly at delivery (if the damage is obvious) or as soon as possible (when finding out later) and ask the shipping company for compensation. The shipping costs are specified for each item of our catalog.

3. Information, such as illustrations, descriptions, dimensions, which are contained in our catalog, is subject to change unless it is expressly designated as binding. Slight deviations from such descriptions shall be approved and shall not affect the contract, unless they are unacceptable for the buyer. Please note that our products are hand-made and can therefore differ in details from the items depicted in the catalog. Slight color variations that may also occur are mostly due to the color settings of your monitor.
