MUG DESCRIPTION

All of the mugs ordered from MuggyBug are 10 ounces (311 grams) and are made from ceramic.

As soon as you've ordered and paid for your item(s) from the Official MuggyBug store on Etsy, our amazing studio team go to work, as each order is indeed made to order via our in house sublimation techniques.

Our mugs are then cooled, bagged up and sent out in our very own MuggyBug smash-proof postage boxes direct to your door.

All mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe for up to 800 washes.

The design shown is printed on both sides of the mug, thus suitable for both left and right hand drinkers.

POSTAGE

All of our orders are packaged up and sent via Royal Mail 24 or 48 business post from our studio in Cheshire, UK. We aim to process and distribute your order within 1 or 2 working days from ordering so that your order is to you as soon as possible. (Monday to Friday).

We are no longer accepted international orders in our store.

Each mug is 10oz with large handle and is dishwasher and microwave safe up to 1,000 cycles. All these mugs are shipped worldwide from us in the UK.
