All items are made to order. Once your order is placed, your order will be made and shipped within 7-10 days. On average, your order is completed with 3-4 days. Please be considerate during Holiday times that orders will take the average 7-10 days to be completed. I recommend ordering before major holiday seasons to ensure timely delivery!

All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail, with shipping insurance. Your item will likely be received within 5 days from shipment. We are NOT responsible to delays due to shipping carriers, but are more than happy to help you with the process in the event your item gets delayed.

There are several options for hanging your new door hanger!
We first recommend an over-the-door wreath holder. It works for the majority of doors and is perfect for hanging.
If this option doesn't work due to your type of door or other hanging elements, we recommend heavy duty command strips (glass doors), screw in anchor hooks (brick/mortar), or vinyl siding hooks (for exterior siding). For further questions, please contact me! I am more than happy to help!

YES! We design custom door hangers all the time and love to do so! In order to get a custom order going, just send me a message and we will work it out! :)

Through an Etsy message! Just send us a message with your custom pictures, questions, requests, etc! WE DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. Unfortunately due to filtering, we do not always receive your emails with questions. For fast and guaranteed responses to getting what you need, please ONLY message us on Etsy.

Ships Now items are items that have currently already been made. The title of a listing will say "SHIPS NOW" if it is already made. Ships now items cannot be further customized and will ship out the next business day. If a "ships now" item is purchased with another non-ships now item, it is no longer considered "SHIPS NOW" as your order will be shipped all together.

In shipping, a business day refers to an official working day of Monday-Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded. So if ordering on a Monday, you item would be expected to ship between the next Wednesday - Monday for it to be considered 7-10 business turn around times. If ordering on a weekend, your business day count will begin the following Monday

We currently do not at the moment.

1. The sides of our door hangers are always painted.
2. The backs are NOT painted to look like the front. This would be a double sided door hanger, and if it is something you need, please contact me so we can set up your custom order!
