I ship worldwide using Royal mail and guarantee your item is dispatched in the allotted time framed. I will always message you to let you know when I have posted your item and if theres a delay with your order.
For international orders please allow 5-10 working days for your item to reach you. This may be longer during busy times or times of crisis.
All orders are trackable. You will find your tracking number in your dispatch note.

Parcels have to be in the postal system for 12 weeks before they will be deemed lost. No refunds will be given before this time. Once item is marked as delivered all problems must be taken up with the postal service.
