This listing is for one (1) mild steel troll cross ('trollkors') with bronzed scrolls hand forged by Uruz Metals.

• Each handmade piece is unique. The jewelry you receive may vary slightly from the representative listing images.
• The troll cross is an amulet made of a circle of iron crossed at the bottom, historically nailed above barn doors by Scandinavian peoples to keep trolls away from the cattle. The cross is made of iron, as trolls were thought to have an aversion to the metal. It was later worn as a charm worn for protection against trolls and elves.
• This unique troll cross is created with a 1/4" (0.635cm) square stock mild steel in a reverse twist pattern and features tapered ends in tight scrolls, which have been bronzed.
• The mild steel is BLACK.
• The pendant is hung on a dark brown leather cord, finished with copper spiral details and a hand-forged steel hook clasp.
• Leather cord length can be customized (shown in 24" / 60.96cm length).
• Sealed with bees wax to protect the metal finish.
• Arrives nestled in a drawstring burlap bag made from recycled materials, which makes it perfect for gift giving.

𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 + 𝐔𝐒𝐄: Avoid wearing natural gemstone rings when participating in activities than can cause strikes to the stones. Avoid exposure to moisture and water. To remove skin oil residue and/or dirt, use a soft toothbrush with Dawn dishwashing detergent. Rinse with water to fully remove dirt and soap. Pat dry, then lay out on a dry cloth to dry completely before storing. Do not use harsh abrasives or ultrasonic cleaners. For metals that need to be polished, like sterling silver, clean with a soft polishing cloth. We like to use 'Sunshine Cloth' in our studio.
