1. Can you use separate photos of different people to combine them into one portrait?

Yes, absolutely! You do not need to have a single photo of everyone together. In fact, most of our custom memorial portraits are created using completely separate individual photos. As long as the faces are clear and well-lit, I can expertly blend your loved ones into a single, cohesive painting.

What if my original photos are old, blurry, or low quality?

Don't worry! With a BA in Art Education and years of professional photography experience, I am highly skilled at working with low-resolution images. While clearer photos always give the best results, I can usually capture the true likeness and essence of a person even from older family snapshots. If you are unsure, send me a message with your photos before purchasing, and I will gladly check them for you!

Will I get to see the artwork before it is printed and shipped?

Yes, 100%. I want you to love this timeless keepsake. I will send a digital proof directly to your Etsy Messages inbox within 2-3 business days of receiving your photos. I offer revisions on the digital draft, meaning we will adjust the details until you completely approve the artwork. I never print or ship anything until you give me the final green light.

4. What is the difference between a Digital Download, a Wrapped Canvas, and a Floating Frame?

We offer three premium formats to suit every home: * Digital Download: A high-resolution digital file sent via email. No physical product is shipped. Perfect for printing locally or urgent gifts. * Premium Wrapped Canvas: Stretched over an internal wooden frame, arriving completely ready to hang. * Floating Frame Canvas: Our most luxurious option. The canvas sits elegantly inside a high-end outer wooden frame (available in Black, Dark Brown, Light Brown, Gold or White), creating a gorgeous gallery look.

Returns, Exchanges & Custom Orders

Because each piece of artwork is created with care, custom orders follow a slightly different process than standard purchases. Custom orders and design approval For custom artwork, I will share the design with you for approval before sending it to print. Please review your design carefully, including spelling, names, dates, colors, and other requested details. Once you approve the design, it will be sent to print. Because custom items are made specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because you change your mind or decide you no longer like the approved design. Defective or damaged items Your satisfaction matters to me! If your canvas or printed artwork arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please con
