Please keep chemicals, perfumes, lotions away from jewelry. Put necklaces and bracelets on last while dressing. Light colored leather may change color over time from your body's natural oils. While occasionally getting Jewelry wet may not harm, if you choose to wear in water such as ocean or showers, it will wear the leather down eventually. Do not wear jewelry in pools. There are harsh chemicals which will deteriorate the leather and harm the pearls

Returns:
•Returns are accepted. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of item and return within 7 days.
*Please use a padded envelope or box for return. You can not use a regular paper envelope, they tear in the mechanical distribution at the post office and there will be additional shipping cost involved.
•Shipping cost NOT refunded
•Buyer pays return shipping fees. If item returns with “Postage Due”, that amount will be deducted from return amount.

We care about the delivery of your package. In these unprecedented times, a majority of people are buying online which require shipping of items. After we carefully make your item, it is quickly sent to the US Postal Office. If the US Post Office delays or looses your package, please contact them for info.

Once order has been accepted by the U.S. Postal Service it is out of our hands. We do NOT refund for lost items in mail.
If an item is lost by the U.S. Postal Service, it is buyers responsibility to contact postal service to track package. They have GPS to see exactly where packages are delivered when scanned. Also, please check with family or neighbors to see if they have attained package.
If package was stolen or received tampered with, it is customers responsibility to contact local police department to make a report.
If an item is shipped Priority Shipping, the post office will not file insurance if it is shown as "delivered".

If the postal system shows your package as delivered but you did not receive, contact your local U. S. Post Office and file an investigation. We are NOT responsible for items stolen or misplaced by the delivery service. Please be aware, most apartments or condos leave mail in an unsecured location for pick up. Contact your association for confirming safety and security or your packages. We do not refund for stolen, mis-delivered or not received items.

If an item is mailed by Priority Shipping, Please Note:
the United States Postal System does NOT guarantee item will be received by that date. We are not responsible for items once shipped. We can not guarantee items will be delivered by the US postal system by a particular day and we do NOT refund postage if not

Please double check your mailing address during checkout. If you message us BEFORE items is mailed, we will be happy to fix any errors for you. If an item is mailed, it is the customers responsibility to contact the address to get the package. If the package is stolen, it is the customers responsibility to contact local law enforcement and report stolen item and contact your local post office.
If a package is returned to us, we will be happy to resend to the correct address for the cost of postage.
If the item is returned to us but you wish a refund, we will be happy to less the cost of postage.
A returned item may take as long as 90 days in the USPS system.
