This item really exceeded my expectations. It took a while from the time I Ordered until it finally arrived, but it was worth the wait! The quality and craftsmanship is perfect. The box was a little damaged by the shipping company but the item inside was very secure and did not sustain any damage. Throughout the process of production and shipping, John kept me in the loop and was very responsive when I had questions.

Trash bin is great. John was great to work with and listened to my request to make it match my cabinet and it does match perfectly. Bin is very well built and goes amazing in my kitchen.
