Our Greetings Cards, Badges and Magnets are sent out to UK destinations via Royal Mail First Class Post. These will usually arrive 24 to 36 hours after postage. For all other destinations Royal Mail Airmail is used. The estimated delivery time to Europe is 3-5 working days and to the rest of the world is 7-10 working days.
(Please allow up to 7 working days for Europe and 14 working days for the rest of the world before reporting as missing).

Cushions are shipped within the UK using a First Class Royal Mail Signed For service. This service requires someone to be available to sign for the item. Royal Mail will leave a card if they are unable to obtain a signature. Unfortunately, we are unable to give them specific instructions so please consider this when choosing your shipping address.

International delivery for cushions are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For service. Once posted, delivery to Europe is usually within 7 working days, and 10-14 working days to the rest of the world. Upon arrival in your country, they will be delivered by your local postal service. Please be aware that as a signature is required a card may be left and the item held at your local depot.

Mugs are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class post. They are estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that they do ont fit through a letter box so may be left in a safe place or the postie may leave a card if no one is available to accept the parcel.
Due to shipping costs we are currently only able to ship mugs within the UK. We apologise for any inconvience caused.
