This is a custom house portrait that is perfect for a house warming gift, anniversary, or a newlywed couple. It is hand drawn with pen and ink on 100 lb Bristol art paper. This measures 5"x7" and is perfect to frame by itself or add a mat and use an 8X10 frame to create a larger art piece. The drawing is an artist interpretation and may not match perfectly with the house, but capture the charm that the house conveys. The drawing shown says, "Home Sweet Home". Any saying, such as a last name, 'The Smiths' or 'The Smiths, est. 2017' or 'Welcome Home' or no words at all are all options.

Once purchased:

1. Send me a message with the photo attached. Please provide a clear photo of the house at the angle you prefer (I don’t change the angle or perspective of the home). If there is anything specific or special/unique you would like included, please let me know.
2. Or if the house is a real estate listing, you can share the link in a message.
3. If you know the address, please include that also. I often use google maps to zoom in for some details.
