Due to changes in distributors and the quality of chains that I use, I will sometimes changed what chains I work with. The style will be the same, and the color is always a bright silver. However, sometimes the shade of silver may not match the picture. Please feel free to message me if you want to double check what the chain looks like.

Currently the chain I'm using is made of iron with a silver plating. **There may be a nickel mix in the plating now.

If you have allergies related to jewelry, please let me know and I will see what kind of chain I have on hand that is less likely to cause a reaction.

If your item is lost in the mail, I cannot provide a refund, as the loss was out of my hands. Please wait a fair amount of time before assuming your item was lost, and always check to see if it's stuck at your local post office first. I am definitely open to offering a discount on a replacement purchase, however.

I can only provide a refund or replacement for an item if it is marked return to sender and gets back to me. Then I can either refund the cost of the item, or ship out a replacement at only the cost of shipping.

If you don't want to wait for that process, you can submit a new order, and I will provide a refund for the cost of the replacement item so that you only end up paying the extra shipping charge.

I now have expedited shipping available, but the estimated handling time remains the same. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me directly and I will see what I can do.

Etsy has a broken shipping system so I can only offer shipping upgrades through a separate listing rather than at checkout. Please look at the 'Shipping Upgrades' section of my shop to get Priority shipping.

Unfortunately, if USPS has marked it as delivered, any loss was entirely out of my hands. I'll refund either the necklace cost, or send a replacement at just the cost of shipping. I cannot do a full refund or free replacement if the error was not mine.
