US CUSTOMERS: ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DUTY PAID. We are working to make sure all paperwork is shipped appropriately with your order, doing everything we can to ensure no additional duty is charged from any omission on our end.

ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping to Canada and the US is done with either the postal service or chit chats. Many people get their packages in less than a week when handed to the carrier. Once orders are out of my workshop, how long they may held at international borders is completely out of my hands, but to the US is usually a very quick process.

Madame Phoenix is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages held or confiscated by your countries border guard, orders that are marked as delivered to the correct address and are stolen or missing, or any duties and taxes incurred on import.

Please contact your local postal service to launch an inquiry into a missing parcel, you will get an answer from them much faster. (I have to contact my shipping service, who contacts your local shipping service, it's a whole extra step that can add weeks to any missing mail investigation).

IN THE EVENT A PARCEL IS RETURNED due to not being picked up at a post office or claimed, can be re shipped providing shipping is paid again by the receiver. I cannot ship a parcel twice and pay shipping on it. In the event a refund is desired, any refund that is processed for the returned order will NOT include the original price of shipping, and WILL include a 20% restocking fee. Thank you.
