*** My MAKING AND HANDLING TIME is set in 1 to 2 weeks to give me time to ensure I can make and send all the orders I receive in busy times, but orders usually will be sent in approximately 3 to 7 business days from purchase payment date, but as said may take more sometimes, in very busy times, like Christmas season, or exceptional cases, like illness and such... Be patient, please, I live in a small village now also and have to put together some orders to get to the next town post office ^_^ And when I can´t get there and send orders from here, they take a little more until processed by the mail company.

* PACKAGING: I package your order with care, in bubble plastic (reused always it´s possible), and in a lovely fabric gift ready little bag, and then in a bubble envelope. Even with that and all, sometimes packages are damaged on their way there, please let me know if your order is damaged in transit and I´ll send a new one :)

*** SENDING METHOD:

* USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and WORLDWIDE EXCEPT EUROPE: I send by Correos Light Parcel to the USA and rest of the world. Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, but may take more sometimes as said above. It will be left in your mailbox or where your national courier there (USPS in the USA) usually leaves it, no signing required.

* EUROPE: I send by Correos registered letter in Europe, you will be required to sign for it, or yoy´ll have to pick it from your local post office if you arent´home when the delivery attempt happens. Please, let me know if you prefer a different method.

*** Please PROVIDE a telephone number to ensure the fastest delivery

*** DELIVERY TIMES: International orders (from Spain to the USA) usually takes one to two weeks to arrive, but sometimes it can be more, even up to one month, please be patient, but, if you haven´t received your order in 15 to 30 days, plase go to your local post office with your id card and tracking number and make them check it, your order will be probably waiting you to pick it there.

*** CUSTOMS: You order could be stopped at customs, and I can´t control this at all, it will take more to get there in that case, it may be there for several months, I´m afraid, or you should have to pay some taxes which I can´t control and am not responsible for. This doesn´t usually happen, luckily :)

*** CONTACT ME TO FIX ANY ISSUE: If there´s any problem, please, don´t hesitate to contact me BEFORE leaving a bad review or opening a case so we can solve it together. I am very careful at selecting the materials I work with. My components must be high quality and stunning.

They will last a long long time, but you must be careful with your jewel. Just think about what a chain is, each link may be a weak point. So, please, wear your jewelry all the time you wish, to go out, show it off and receive a lot of compliments, but try to avoid making rough activities when wearing it, and keep away from children, water and sweat! ^_^ Every piece of jewelry is a delicate thing, even if I put all my effort to make sturdy, durable jewels.
