---Simple, easy to follow instructions for printing included. I recommend that you use Adobe Reader, or even better - Adobe Acrobat.
---I make 2 versions of all of my A5 and Personal size planner inserts - 1 has a left 12-15mm margin for hole punching, the other has this margin on the right. The only exception to this is when it's a multiple page document, where each page has it's own specific side. In these cases 12-15mm margins are placed accordingly. Each of my A4 and Letter size planner inserts have 15mm margins on BOTH sides.
