These whale soft sculptures are handmade out of heirloom quality wool blend felt, stuffed with 100% locally sourced wool, and are affixed with a long line which you can use to suspend it from the ceiling, or you can simply snip off to remove.

Measures 22cm (8.5") long.

Whales have been a fascination of mine for as long as I can remember. When I was young my mother painted my walls an under the sea scene, every gift I received at birthdays and holidays was ocean themed, and I wanted my 'grown up' profession to be "friend to the whales." While that particular aspiration didn't work out, it was an obvious (if belated) step that I design a soft sculpture of one of my favorite creatures, and now I'm in love with them all over again and I am so happy to share them with you.

Professionally constructed and great beadwork; yet, for the 8.5 inch length and slender width, it's expensive. Notice there are no photographs in relation to other items.
