Hardiness: USDA Zones 8-11. In Zones 8 and 9a, mulch heavily before the first frost; it is generally root-hardy once established.

If your tender plants must travel into or through temperatures in the low 30s°F or below, both a Heat Pack and a faster service upgrade are required. This option is conveniently available within the checkout flow.

Cold-tolerant plants (such as roses and junipers) only need a heat pack if temperatures will be lower than the mid-20s°F for long durations.

Please note: Shipping to a cold location without the necessary heat pack and upgrade is solely at the Buyer's risk and VOIDs our Arrive Alive Warranty. Please contact us if you need guidance on cold protection or scheduling.

🏝️ Shipping to Hawaii & Restrictions

Due to agricultural regulations and extended transit times, we have currently discontinued shipping to Alaska and the U.S. protectorates.

We continue to ship to Hawaii as weather permits, but payment for the required agricultural documentation, shipping upgrade, and a heat pack (if needed) is mandatory and cannot be waived. Orders to Hawaii can only be shipped by Priority Mail on Mondays, and shipping may need to be delayed during periods of extreme cold within the transit path.

🌱 About the Starter Plant You'll Receive

This product is one (1) young, starter-sized plant intended for a gardener to grow to its mature size. You may expect a starter-size plant to be well-rooted, have a root zone of approximately 4 inches in diameter, be a minimum of about 6 to 8 inches tall, and have no blooms or buds on arrival. It may be shipped with or without a pot, as appropriate.

Limited Conditional Warranty

Plants are guaranteed to arrive at the address stated in the order in good and healthy condition and to be the species and cultivar described in the listing (within recognized industry tolerances). No other additional or extended warranties or guarantees of fitness for any particular purpose, growth, or survival beyond healthy arrival are expressed or implied.

🚫 Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

⏰ Claims must be received within 24 hours of delivery and before plants are planted.

📸 Claims must be accompanied by photos of the plant, packaging, and address label.

Delivery to an incorrect or undeliverable address is excluded from this Warranty.

Plants purchased for resale and/or drop-shipped without our knowledge and permission are specifically excluded.

Failure to provide timely notice or proceeding with planting before providing notice VOIDS this Warranty.

🥶 Cold Weather Exception: Requests to ship without heat packs when temperatures are low are honored, but plants are shipped solely at the buyer's risk and are EXCLUDED from the Arrive Alive Warranty.

Remedy under this warranty is strictly limited to either replacement or refund of the purchase price at our discretion.

🛑 Returns:

Due to Agricultural Regulations, returns cannot be accepted on live plants. Placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Order from us with confidence! We are properly licensed & certified to ship live plants to all 50 states.

Different states have varying restrictions and conditions for specific plants. Any known shipping restrictions are noted in the listing.

Etsy does not allow Sellers to restrict sales by destination, so we must depend on buyers to determine if plants are allowed and suitable for their individual location and specific use.

We do not knowingly dropship for resellers or to freight forwarders, and do not warranty plants that are dropshipped, forwarded, or resold.

Orders placed through Etsy must be shipped with individual tracking numbers; therefore, we cannot accommodate requests to visit or pick up locally.
