How long is does it take to ship?

Ships in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Upgrade to rush order for $15.80 at checkout or message us for options. Each item is unique/handmade. Check shop announcement for production delays. Note delivery date in 'comment to seller' box at checkout.

My order is sent to my old address or I mistakenly provided the wrong address. What should I do?

To ensure smooth delivery, kindly double-check your shipping address before placing an order. In case of any errors, please send us a direct message to cancel the transaction and create a new one with the correct address. Please note that if the item is shipped to an incorrect address and marked as delivered, we cannot provide a refund or substitute. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs and a handling fee of $12.80.

The items I received are the wrong size

If you receive a garter in the wrong size, notify us within 2 business days with a photo of the garter next to a ruler. We will send a new garter if we made the error. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items in the correct size. Please review item descriptions and measurements carefully before ordering as all sales are final.

What are the Domestic US shipping policies?

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Express shipping is available upon request, please contact us for pricing. Insurance can also be added for an additional fee, just let us know. Please note that any return-to-sender shipping costs for mutually agreed returns to Made For Her Couture are the buyer's sole responsibility. Shipping costs of the original item will not be refunded, and the buyer will also be responsible for shipping costs of the new item.

What are the Canadian shipping policies?

We ship to Canada via Canada Post Expedited Mail with tracking and delivery in 7-10 business days. Our shipping costs are competitively low to assist our buyers. Please note that any return-to-sender shipping costs for mutually agreed returns to Made For Her Couture are the buyer's sole responsibility. Shipping costs of the original item will not be refunded, and the buyer will also be responsible for shipping costs of the new item.

What are the international shipping policies?

For international orders, all items will be shipped via Asendia and come with tracking. Please contact us to find out the exact shipping times as they vary by location. Express international shipping with tracking (5-10 business days) is available for an additional cost. Please contact us for pricing before placing your order. Please note that orders shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada may be subject to customs duty or fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is the return policy?

Our products are made-to-order and customized to your selections, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy is common among bridal shops and ensures that you receive a brand new, never-worn accessory tailored to your order. We strive to keep shipping costs low and any return-to-sender shipping costs associated with mutually agreed-upon returns will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs of the original item.

What if the item I received is the wrong or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with a digital picture attached to your message showing the issue. We will review the problem and respond to you. If possible, we will offer an exchange and ask that you send the item back with a delivery confirmation number. Once we receive the incorrect/damaged item, we will send a replacement. If an exchange is not possible, we will reimburse the cost of the item upon receiving the incorrect/damaged item. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. MadeForHerCouture does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for used or worn items.

What if I forgot to specify the right color or size?

MadeForHerCouture provides a variety of options in terms of size, color, and style to help you create a personalized accessory. To make your selection, please choose from the available choices in the drop-down menu during checkout. If any specification is not selected, we will reach out to confirm your preference. If we don't receive a response within 48 hours, the customer will receive the item as pictured.

Are jewelled or appliqué garters heavy?

All of our garters are made using stretchy materials to provide a comfortable and secure fit. Please note that garters adorned with jewels or appliqués may weigh more than those made from flowers or materials. To ensure the perfect fit, we have a formula for jewelled garters that considers the weight of the embellishments. Please carefully follow the instructions provided in the listing for taking your measurements, and be sure to measure yourself while standing up.
