Chicken Coop Plans - PDF Download

Comprehensive and easy to follow plans! My husband and I built our coop over 3 weekends and had no issues with the instructions or anything. We did find that we had an extra sheet of the siding though. Other than that, the instructions were perfect. We switched the framing so the nesting boxes were on the other side, very easy modification. We also added an additional vent, and linoleum tile flooring. We spent just under $1,000 for the supplies, but we did get quality when we could.

Really excellent plans. Easy to follow & build for those with little experience. We did 2 windows on opposite sides for a cross breeze and I feel that was important (Its hot here in desert). Our windows open vertically and we made the openings at top. Added a screen with removable wood piece on the door for more air. Just finished June 2022 and this ended up costing just over 1k and had to order windows online due to no stores having any in stock. Great plans and would buy from seller again. Also bought the chicken run plans.

I was able to build a great coop. It was easy to change orientation putting the window to the left instead of right. This was for where I planned to put the coop. Also a south facing window to add warmth in the winter. I had one question about window rough cut out and customer service responded fast.

If you really want a good quality coop, build this! I'm a 28 year old female who's never built anything and I do needlework for my job. Granted, my dad did help me but I was able to do most of it when he showed me how to use the tools 😁. It took a little over a week and it cost me around $600. I am very happy with this coop, I didn't find it too hard to build, and I can't wait to move the ladies in!
