Yes all our nursing covers have an adjustable strap for your comfort.

We have 2 styles of nursing covers.
All are made from 100% pure premium cotton.
One range is printed premium cotton and the other is Broderie Anglaise in our specially selected gorgeous colours
Brodeire Anglaise is an embroderied cotton fabric with eyelets.
Both are perfect for comfort and breathabilty.

Although the material of our nursing covers is machine washable on a gentle cool cycle, however due to the flexible D neckline with 'boning' we recommend that the nursing covers are handwashed only.

Drying in the tumble dryer is not recommended.

At the moment we don't offer customised orders but please contact us with your query and we may be able to help.

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail second class to keep costs as low as possible for our customers. However, if you wish for your parcel to be delivered via tracked service or Next day delivery, please select your preferred option at the checkout. (Please note these options will cost more).

We ship Worldwide via International standard Royal Mail First class service. *Please note this is not a tracked service*

In an unfortunate incident of parcels being delayed or lost (which should never happen!), we will wait till Royal Mail’s official period has reached before liaising with Royal Mail and reaching a mutual agreement.

We can provide Tracking numbers if we ship with track and sign service which customers choose at the shipping options. We post all orders with standard delivery. We have certificate of posting for every order.

The customer is responsible for paying the return postage unless you think you have received a faulty item.
We regret that as a small business we are unable to cover costs if the customer changes their mind.
If you are in UK, please post via second class standard delivery and obtain certificate of postage (not tracked).
In case of international returns we will only pay for standard postage with certificate of postage (not tracked) after we received the goods and indeed they are faulty.

More than half of our sales are from outside UK. If a customer changes their mind with their purchase, we regret that they will have to pay for returning the product unless they feel its faulty.
When we received the goods and are satisfied that it is not faulty, we will refund the standard postage (not tracked) with certificate of postage proof.

We obtain cerificate of posting for every order.
If you have paid for tracked delivery it is easier to trace. However if your parcel was posted with standard delivery without tracking service, you will have to contact Royal Mail as the recipient (with the proof of postage we will provide) to you to claim for lost parcels.
We will help you in whatever way we can but cannot take responsibility for late or lost parcels.
