Using an industrial CO2 laser engraving machine and quality tumblers, designs are permanently etched into the cup.
• Each cup is custom made to order
• Tumblers hold 20 ounces
• Design is permanently engraved into the tumbler. It will not fade or wash away.
• 100% dishwasher safe.
• Double wall vacuum insulated construction can be used for both hot & cold liquids
• All engraving is silver and cannot be changed.

Shipping Details:
•Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update.
•If your order arrives damaged, photo proof will be required within 24 hours of receiving the order.

I ordered a bunch of these for Mother's day gifts and the recipients loved them. I wanted engraving on the back which would have made it perfect, but I missed the owner's message which would have caused a delay. Total oversight on my part. However I really liked these because the letters are engraved (vs. peel/stick) and won't come off after a few washes. Would definitely recommend this product.
