Simple and good design transcends decades of wear! This dress is a beauty in it's simplicity, construction and modern style even though it was an original design of the 50s! You'll love the contrast of the heavy Satin Bodysuit with the flowy movement and texture contrast of the Taffetta skirt! Choose from the vast array of color for the skirt... the bodice / bodysuit always stays in the ever trusty and slimming black ;-).

The strapless corseted bodysuit is made of a heavy Jet black Satin lined, interlined and lightly boned, hidden zipper.

The multiple gored skirt is made of Taffeta and has a permanently arranged bow (no need to tie it every time), invisible zipper. Standard length for skirt is 25" measured at right side.

Shown without a petticoat but if you would like a slightly more voluminous look, message me and I will be happy to install a self-petticoat into the hip seam for you for extra. Bottom hem will have all the volume, no additional volume at waist or hip. The look at hem will have the illusion of multiple Taffeta skirts.
