PERSONALIZATION: Please leave name and date if you choose in the personalization drop down menu. Personalization is printed below the quote on the front side of the vellum. Depending on the length of personalization, the font may need to be reduced. However, it is still easily readable because of the size of the ornament itself.

BOW COLOR: Please select a bow color of your choice in the drop down menu. If a color is not selected I will use white.

ORNAMENT SIZE: My ornaments are a 4"x1" round disc (shaped like the M&M candy), not a round ball. Each ornament is handmade in my studio.

CHARMS: I have a selection of charms that I use, usually one that coincides with the quote. If you see one on another ornament that you would prefer please let me know in the Note to Seller box upon checkout. I can't guarantee the one shown in the photo will be the one you will get, especially during the holiday season when my inventory is reduced.

CUSTOM REQUEST: I am happy to make an ornament with your own quote or photo. Please convo me BEFORE purchasing so I can make sure it will fit correctly. Once it has been decided leave the information in the Note to Seller box and we will work together to ensure your requests are met.

SHIPPING: Production time off season is 3-5 days. I ship USPS First Class which takes another 2-5 days. PRIORITY takes 2-3 days. Ordering priority does not get the ornament made any faster, it simply means when the ornament is shipped it will arrive a day or so sooner. Multiple orders may require additional production time but if that is the case I will let you know by message.

QUOTE: The quote is printed on white marble vellum, cut and placed inside the ornament. White downy feathers are placed behind the quote.
