REFUNDS / LOST PACKAGES

❤ Custom orders, clearance and discounted products are non-refundable. ❤ If your order is unclaimed it will be returned to us. We will refund within one week after we receive it (minus shipping and fees) ❤ If there is problem with your item, please contact us no later than 3 days after arrival, we will be happy to help.
