* All UK items now come with a ref number when posted, these are included in the items dispatch notices via Etsy PM, the activity of the parcel attached to the ref number is only activated on the Royal Mail website when delivery has been attempted.
The customer is responsible for collecting, contacting their local sorting office, and tracking any parcel that was 'Not able to be delivered'.
If sent back to me because of 'non-collection', the customer can be refunded for the item price only , if non-personalised.
If the item is required by the customer to be re-sent, the postage fee must be paid by the customer.

*Personalised/custom made/made to order items can only be refunded or replaced if item is faulty. Photo proof must be obtained and forwarded to my inbox with details of fault. This policy is only for upto 28 days after purchase. I need to be informed of fault within 14 days, and item needs to be returned in the next 14 days.
*I will always email customers a digital sample of the custom design (before proceeding with printing or creating the item) for approval. If approved by customer, im not responsible for any changes wanted after approval of item given if its in the process of being made or finished.
* I send all mugs in 'smash proof' boxes
If breakage this sadly occurs please keep all packaging and broken items to obtain photos as proof to process a claim.
*To make sure loss is covered for 'Signed for' postage is needed as it provides full proof of postage. I can not take responsibility for items NOT posted 'Signed for' if item was not able to be delivered.
*Once standard post item is posted it is then the responsibility of the buyer trace any lost item that was not sent recorded/tracked.
*Tracking numbers will be provided for signed for parcels for customers to also trace their items.
* Any items that do no arrive by expected delivery date, i must be made aware of this within 14 days of expected arrival.
* If you simply change your mind about an item that isnt faulty, or personalised, I need to be informed of this within 14 days, then the unwanted item needs to be returned in the following 14 days. Customers will be responsible for return postage, a refund for the price of the item will be received once item is received back in the same condition in which it was dispatched to the customer.
