Custom orders and personalized orders are NOT exchangeable nor refundable. Custom and personalized orders are any item handmade to order. This also includes items that you choose an option or options on such as finish color, inscription color, measurements, item color, and etc. ANY and ALL sales are final.

We almost always use recycled packaging materials and boxes etc. when at all possible because recycling and less waste is very important to us. This is a huge part of who we are as a business. We are very passionate on saving the environment and doing our part to keep our planet as clean and safe as possible. We hope you appreciate and respect our decision on recycling our packaging materials.

All orders are not exchangeable nor refundable. If we do feel that a refund is warranted, it will be a partial refund. The item(s) must be mailed back to us and received within seven days in all original packaging. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping fees. Original and return shipping will NOT be refunded. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items as well. The item(s) must be in our hands within seven days and must be in unused condition. The item(s) must be shipped back in their original packaging (including box and packaging materials) with all item(s) and pieces in unused condition for a partial refund to be granted. Upon inspection of the item(s) and if return instructions were followed we will then offer a partial refund.

Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping.

Cancellation request must be submitted within an hour after purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after that hour will NOT be accepted.

Should your item(s) arrive damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of the package delivery. You will also be responsible for sending us pictures of the damage as well as pictures of the packaging material and package. You must keep everything including the damaged item(s), packaging materials, package, and etc. as this is required for the claims process that we will file ourselves. You are not able to file the claim as that is our job. We purchased the postage which means we are responsible for filing the insurance claim if a claim is allowed. Insurance claims are only offered on particular shipping methods. So if the shipping method doesn’t offer insurance claims we’re sorry but we can not file an insurance claim.

We are NOT responsible for errors or delays with address. We ship to the address you provide to Etsy at checkout. Make sure before you order that you provided the correct shipping address. If the package makes it back to us or is held at the shipping center and or post office you are responsible for additional return shipping fees if you wish to receive the item(s). Refunds are NOT given on any items returned to us. If we feel a refund can be given (item(s) must be back in our possession) shipping will NOT be refunded and there will be a 20% restocking fee. You would receive a partial refund of the item(s) price minus a 20% restocking fee. Again, this is at our discretion. It’s important that your shipping address is completely accurate.

Please understand that in order to accommodate rush orders we’ll need to know your need by date BEFORE the order is placed. If we do not commit to your need by date before the order is place we can not guarantee a rush order. Rush orders are subject to a rush shipping and rush processing order fee. Contact us first to determine if the item(s) you desire are able to be rushed and received by your need by date. Without this confirmation we can NOT guarantee that the order will arrive by your need by date. If you place the order and then add a need by date to notes to seller at checkout without us confirming the need by date with you first your need by date may not be met. If it can be met the buyer is responsible for rush order/shipping fees.

ALL communication MUST be done through Etsy messages ONLY. This is for our and your safety. We will NOT respond to ANY messages/emails etc. outside of Etsy messages. ALL other communication besides Etsy messages WILL be ignored. Again, this is for the safety of both parties, the buyer and ourselves.
