All embroideries, silk printing are done in the exact format given by buyers. Please double check for spelling errors.

If you do not specify font option or thread color within 3 days, our design team will select the best choice for you.

We don't accept any returns, refund, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us in 3 days after the delivery date. We’re happy to replace your order with a new one in perfect condition. And the re-shipping cost will be on us. If contact us after 3 days of the delivery date, we have the right to refuse any exchange or refund.

ALL orders are shipped via USPS.

No personalized item, 3-5 Business days. Personalized item, 1-2 weeks. Wedding season may take up 3-4 weeks. (Please check shop announcement for current processing time)

If you have paid for USPS's Express service (which is a guaranteed delivery time of 1-2 days), and you do not receive the item in those 1-2 days please contact us. We will contact USPS to have the shipping charges refunded to you. Coverage is only up to $100 for shipping cost (not for the item cost)

We are not be responsible for any lost and/or damages caused during USPS transit.

We are not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, or any general delays within the corporate USPS system.

You will be provided with a tracking number once the order is FINAL CONFIRMED.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting the order. We cannot be responsible for shipping orders to an incorrect address.
Customer will be responsible for a new re-shipping label cost at anytime.

We CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of USPS, nor can we be held responsible for delays by USPS. We will provide you with the same tracking number that we receive from USPS, and have no ability to provide updates beyond what is listed on the USPS tracking website. Additionally, we will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by USPS unless you have paid for USPS's EXPRESS 1-2 day service.

If your item is marked as delivered by USPS, but has been damaged, and you have NOT purchased insurance, we will NOT be able to provide a full refund. We may be able to send you a replacement item(s) at 25% discount. (excluded discount items)
If an item is marked as delivered, and you did not receive the package, please contact your local post office

We don’t send proofs for two reasons.

We pride ourselves on quality work at all times and we try to get orders out as soon as possible. Also, the design may look different on the computer from the finished product.

As a result, we do not offer to send photos or proofs of our work.

Please make sure you have clearly stated any custom requests to be happy with your order at all times.
