Shipping and tracking number

I ship my items with UkrPoshta standard international delivery. Minimal cost of international shipping (up to 1kg) is 16$, up to 2 kg - 28$. When the order is dispatched, I send you a tracking number. You can track your parcel on the website: https://track.ukrposhta.ua/tracking_EN.html The location of the parcel will also be displayed on the order page on Etsy.

The processing time is 1-3 business days for ready-to-ship items and 5-14 days for made-to-order items. For individual orders, I clarify the time by private message. WARNING! The Ukrainian post offices don't work on weekends and during national holidays like New Year, Independence Day, Easter, etc. The orders made on these days will be shipped in the nearest workday.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Talking about jewelry and accessories, of course, without any problems I can pack them as a gift ready for giving. For the tiny trees (up to 10 cm) add a note to the order that you want gift wrapping and I will send the product as you want without additional cost and delays. Medium trees (10-25 cm) may cause some difficulties - the box may fall during its journey, so if the tree is very brittle, I'll have to refuse you. However, the protecting packing can be done over the gift one, but it will increase the weight, the volume of parcel and the shipping costs. But while delivering large trees (>25 cm in height) between beauty and safety I choose safety. I pack my products as can be better, but it does not look like a gift package

You can decorate with this artificial bonsai your fireplace mantel, bookshelf, or workplace or give it as a present to your most loved ones.
Please note that each item is slightly different, compared to the listing photos - every bonsai is 100% handmade. Also, the colors may not be absolutely identical because of the settings of my camera and your display.

The high of the tree: ~15 in or 38cm.
The maximum width of the crown: ~9in or 23cm.
The base of the tree: white (or black) ceramic bowl with Japanese symbols "luck" and "happiness ", gypsum, and natural stones.

Tree branches are made of lacquered copper wire, lacquered paper, and colorful beads. Bark imitates the natural tree trunk. To keep this tree clean, please use an extra soft dust cleaning brush from time to time. If you need something more serious, you can use a bit moistened piece of cloth (but not very wet).

This piece is just gorgeous. I placed it near one of my windows and I love the way it looks when the sun is shining through it. It really is beautifully made. It was packed really well and the shipping time was great given that it was coming from the Ukraine to the US.
