I do not give away free product unless I am hosting a giveaway or special promotion. I have been scammed too many times in giving away free items for no review or very little promotion. Any messages asking for free items will be ignored.

Please note that processing time is usually 3-5 business days after you place your order. Read your order confirmation and check if the shipping address is correct. If your order was completed and it was sent Tracked Packet or Expedited, there should be a tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Outside of Canada, expect your parcel to arrive 10-20 business days after the shipping date. Your parcel may have been delayed due to Customs or Covid safety protocols.

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks after the shipping date, please contact me and I'll see what can be done. I kindly ask that you contact me first to resolve the situation, before resorting to an Etsy dispute.

If you are are local, we can arrange pick-up at a TTC station! I can also hand-delivery your order if you are close to public transportation and there is a safe area to leave the package. Pick-up is free. Hand-delivery is $5. I will send you a shipping refund before the pick-up or delivery day.

Consignment and wholesale requests are considered within Canada only. I usually need 3-4 weeks turnaround time for wholesale. Please contact me with your request.

A vegan is a person who does not eat or use animal ingredients for ethical reasons. It means that there are no animal-derived ingredients in my perfumes, and nothing is animal tested. Yay! https://freefromharm.org/

Perfume Oils have a character which is very different from alcohol-based scents. To fully experience the fragrance, you must apply to skin. The oil will react to your body heat and personal skin chemistry. Dab 2-3 drops of the oil to your skin and allow the scent to absorb for a few moments. You may apply every few hours to freshen the scent.

I can ship small orders to certain countries only. There have been many new laws and protocols regarding shipping products overseas in the last two years, and it's been difficult and confusing to navigate it all! If your country is not in the shipping drop-down menu, you can message me and we'll see what can be done.

I'm sorry but I do not give refunds. I highly recommend you purchase samples first, to try the scents on your skin. But please message me if you are unsatisfied, and I'll try to make it right!
