- I create all my products from natural wood (mostly oak).
- All my statues were created by me personally. I will use the original piece as a master form for the replication of other similar statues. This allows me to speed up the creation process and convey high accuracy in detail.
- Due to the large queue of orders, I send statues in a few weeks from the date of purchase (time for creation is indicated in the product menu)
- When painting, I use different materials: stain, oil paints, nitro-based and natural varnishes. It all depends on the product
- The goods are packed in bubble wrap, as well as in a cardboard box

Dear customers, please note that almost all of my products are being created to order. This is due to the queue of those orders that I accept at the store.
On average, it is 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Correct information about this is indicated at the time of purchase.

My team and I are working to accelerate this process, but the quality of the products that we create is also important for us, so you need a little patience and be sure that your expectation will be worth it.

As soon as your order is created the goods will be packed in bubble wrap and a cardboard box, and we will send it to you by international postal service by air.
Information about this will be noted in your Etsy account in the menu "purchases and reviews." Also, the track number will be indicated there (example RA097111000UA).
Also, Etsy should send you an e-mail message stating that your order has been sent to you.

From this point you should monitor the movement of the package yourself.

When tracking a package, information is often not updated for a long time.
This means that the parcel left my country and arrived at the customs warehouse of your country where many other parcels are located and they must be registered. Often this takes a lot of time.
As soon as your parcel is registered there, information on this will appear on the site and within a few days, the parcel will be delivered to your city.

The approximate delivery time to your continent is indicated in the "Shop policies" in the "Delivery" section.

In most cases, delivery takes 2 weeks from the date of shipment.
But in some countries and situations it happens when delivery can take a long time 5 or 6 weeks.
In my experience, delays most often occur in Australia and Canada.
There are also delays on big holidays, such as Christmas or problem with the weather or the bad work of post offices. This can affect most countries.

If there is a delay in your package, don't worry.
Follow the package in your personal account and be sure that the package will arrive to you.
Over 4 years of my experience, all parcels were delivered to the cities of my customers.

Dear customers, please note: if you bought one of my products after that, I can’t cancel your order and return the money.

This is due to the fact that PayPal does not work in my country and I use intermediaries to transfer money. As soon as you make a purchase, I automatically lose a large percentage of the commission, and the return of money through intermediaries causes a number of problems. Therefore, be careful before buying.

In this case, as soon as Etsy completes the purchase, your order will be accepted for processing, created and sent to you within the specified time.

- If the master did not manage to create your order in the specified lines, you can request a refund. Sometimes it happens that the parcel was sent on time but information about this was not entered in the orders menu, in this case, a refund is not charged.
- A refund is possible if the goods arrived in a damaged condition. Or exchange of goods at the expense of the seller.
- If another product has erroneously arrived to you, you can request a refund or exchange at the seller’s expense.
- If you have not received your package within 8 weeks from the date of shipment.
- Refunds are not possible for erroneous purchases.
- A refund is not possible if the buyer has not followed his parcel and this is returned to the seller.

- The Seller warrants that all goods that are in the store fit the description. (the exception may be the size of the goods, since the conversion of centimeters to inches may not be accurate)
- The seller is responsible for packaging the goods, as well as the exact correspondence of the recipient information in accordance with what is indicated in the purchase menu.
- The seller is responsible for the conformity of the quantity and appearance of the goods with what is indicated on the purchase card when sent to the customer.

- I am not responsible for the time of delivery, also for how the postal employees will treat the box in which your goods are located;
- I am not responsible for tracking your package. But I can help you figure it out.
- I am not responsible for which way the parcel will be delivered to you personally after arriving in your country.
- I am not responsible for how you will use my product and if in this case the product will be damaged. (instructions for use are indicated in the FAQ).
