Why can't I return my purchase?

No refunds or returns will be issued due to the items being digital and customized. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will be happy to work with you to reach a resolution! :)

Copyright is not transferable with the sale. The buyer is entitled to print as many copies as they like for PERSONAL USE only.

Since print quality can vary from one place/printer to another, I recommend doing a test print before you print the full run of copies. NOTE that the color of the final product may be off slightly due to: - variances in monitor displays - variety of printing processes/quality - variances in appearance of colour on different papers Paper and ink quality make a big difference when printing from your home printer. For best results, be sure that you have sufficient ink levels, and that you are using a good quality photo paper or cardstock.

2 free rounds of revisions* (after the initial proof is sent) are included with purchase. All additional rounds of revisions cost $6 CAD each. After the final file has been sent, minor changes (file size/type, party time) may also cost extra ($6 CAD each). *A 'revision round' is defined as minor adjustments/changes requested in an email conversation. More than 1 change can be requested per 'revision round'. NOTE: Major design changes are not included in the free revisions. Major design changes cost extra (minimum $6 CAD).

Custom and personalised orders

Customizations can be made to the invitations in the shop. There may be an extra cost associated with changes. To evaluate if the customization is possible: please send me a detailed description of what you have in mind (including wording, if applicable).

------Single PDF------ Recommended if emailing the invitation or using an online printing service (VistaPrint, Zazzle, etc.) **Please let me know if you are using an online printing service, since they often have irregular print sizes. -----PDF with Multiples----- Recommended if printing at home or at a print shop (Staples, Office Depot, UPS, etc.) -----JPEGs----- Recommended if printing at a photo shop (Costco, Walmart, Walgreen's, etc.)

------ 5x7 ------ Works great for all file types (Single PDF, PDF with Multiples and JPEG). If ordering from Vista Print, please let me know (their file sizes are slightly different than a true 5x7). ------ 4x6 ------ Recommended for most file types (JPEGs and PDF with Multiples) If you plan on printing through an online printing service (Vista Print, Zazzle, etc.), please check if they offer 4x6 printing before ordering. ------ Other Sizes ------ Other sizes can be accommodated! Please send me a message before placing your order, and I'll let you know what I can do. Please Note: -If you are printing at a photo shop, a 4x6 will be significantly cheaper than a 5x7. -File size changes after ordering may cost extra

2. Choose the SIZE AND FILE TYPE using the menu to the right.

Size - 4"x6" or 5"x7"
File Type - JPEG or PDF (single PDF or 2 invitations on an 8 1/2" x 11" PDF page)
