All our UK orders are sent by Royal mail signed for so they will have a tracking number and will need signing for.
All orders out of the UK are sent with DHL international signed for (Some countries do not have the signed for service but are tracked all the way to there destination and will have a tracking number)

How much confetti should I order ?
All of our confetti is the has the same ratio, 1 litre will cover around 10 confetti cones.

Is our confetti biodegradable ?
Yes, all our confetti is 100% natural and biodegradable. No dyes are added to any of our petals so no colours will run, some of our rose petals still even smell as fresh as the day they were picked.

How Long will my petals last?
All our petals will last a long time but as a guide for them to be at their best we advise the following,

Rose & Hydrangea petal confetti
Our darker shades of petals will last brilliantly for up to 6 months and the lighter shades around 4 months. These are guides but we do have boxes of petals that we use for photo purposes that are over 1 year old and they are still in great condition so as long as you look after the petals well then they will be fine.

Larkspur Delphinium petal confetti
These petals will last for a very long time, we advise a year to 18 months for them to be at their best.
What is the best way to look after my petals?
They should be kept in a warm dry room away from humidity and dampness and also out of direct sunlight and they will keep very well

When should I order my wedding petals?
As stated above regarding how long the petals will last, you can order our rose and Hydrangea petals depending on the shade from 4-6 months and our larkspur petals can be purchased anywhere up to a year before your wedding day.
If your order is urgent then please email us and we will do our best to get them to you ASAP.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to get all orders out to you within 5 days of ordering but they may sometimes take a little longer depending on us waiting on deliveries. All orders will be out most deffinetly within 1 week of ordering.

What are the size of our cones?
All our cones are made from either cream or white hammered paper. They are rolled using 17cm x 17cm squares. They measure 17cm up to the opening, 22cm to the highest point and 6 cm across the opening. Each cone is rolled by hand and made to order.
