Only L size tag can fit 3 lines (*14 characters max each 3 lines (inc spaces)

2. Select Tag Size and Split Ring from the item option

3. Please leave information in the "Add your personalisation" form

* We do not accept Irregular design (layout, symbols and fonts) at the moment.

* Letters & numbers size is depend of the size of tag & length of name and phone number.

* Please order carefully with size, material, any spell and number mistake.
Once order has been received, we will start creating the tags ASAP. We do not accept any changes, cancel, return and exchange with personalized item for mistaking, change mind or incorrect choice.

All OUR PET TAG orders will be sent by Normal Letter Post via Australia Post to provide lower costs and free shipping costs to our customers. That will take approx 3-12 business days to arrive. (postage time frames do vary, so we can not guarantee an exact time)

Please note that Normal letter post DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING & INSURANCE.

For a safer delivery, we strongly recommend to choose "Letter post with tracking", "Parcel Post" shipping (that includes tracking number) from the delivery options when you order.
WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF A LOST ITEM if the customer chooses general Normal Letter Post, without tracking.

Our general shipping method is Normal Letter Post (NO Tracking).

We have had a lot of lost mail when the shipping address is to a shop/company. To avoid lost mail, please provide us your RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS to ensure a safe delivery. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST MAIL.

Be advised if a customer sets their shipping address to a company/shop and it is returned to us, we will recharge the shipping cost when we resend to their alternative address.
