Unless stated, all handmade snoods are recommended hand wash only. Garments contain washing instructions. Some Edwardian gowns can only be dry cleaned.

I do offer express shipping. Just check with me for the date needed and I will send you a link to purchase your shipping upgrade.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Since all items are handmade specifically to each customers choice of fabric/colour and size, refunds will not be given. I do offer exchanges for standard size garments.

How long will my order take?

Snood orders take 1-2 weeks Dress orders take 3-4 weeks On top of this is delivery; Uk postage take 1-2 days 1st class International orders take 7-10 days Please add express delivery to cart if you would like it sent via a courier instead which will take 3 days for outside the UK and I may also be able to rush your order.
