How to I download my files?

If you have purchased INSTANT DOWNLOAD files, please download them from your ETSY Account > Purchases Direct link is : https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Please use computer if ETSY APP is not downloading properly If you purchased Custom Listing, you will receive the file within 48 hours of purchase to your etsy registered email address.

Where do I get the files printed?

You can print your files at home or at a printing shop such as Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, Kinkos or if you are from Australia, officeworks. Print shops may have requirement as to what file format/type they need so please get check with them first and get back to me if you do not have the correct file format already, usually it is either PDF or JPEG files.
