We're happy to work with you to create a custom map print for any city that you'd like in any color you want!

What happens if the package is damaged or lost?

If your order is damaged or lost, we will print and reship at no cost to you once we receive photos of the damages. We then have to make your item again, which can take a few days.

What is the processing time?

Our processing time is usually 3-5 business days, but sometimes framed items, custom items, and canvas prints take a little more time. We make everything from scratch so we ask for patience while creating your order!

Will you send a proof before printing?

We will send you a proof within 48 hours after purchase to make sure you're happy with the design before shipment. We will need to receive confirmation from you for the proof within three days or we will need to cancel the order.

Will you call the shipping company on my behalf?

No, we're sorry, but we're unable to call the shipping company on your behalf. We have a small staff and all of your tracking information is included when the order is shipped, so we ask that you call the shipping provider with any questions. If there's a major issue, such as a lost package, please contact us and we'll help with a reshipment.

What if it's shipped to the wrong address?

If the address was sent to the wrong place due to our error, we will ship one out and pay the cost. If it's due to your mistake, we will have to create a new one for you and ship it out, and we charge 50% of the item cost + shipping for this.

Can I change the shipping address?

We will accept address changes within 1 business day of your purchase. If your request comes after that, we will try out best, but we can't guarantee that the address will be changed.

What if my item has incorrect information on it?

If this is due to our mistake, we will recreate your item and ship it to you at our expense. If it's due to your mistake, we will correct the problem and ship to you at a 50% off price + shipping.

This Cape Town tee is made of 90% ring-spun cotton and 10% polyester for the heather grey, and the heather dark grey, heather green, heather purple, heather red, and heather blue contain 65% polyester and 35 % cotton.

We love simple designs, so we have taken the street map of Cape Town and added the city and country text on the shirt. You'll love the fit of this shirt! It comes pre-shrunk, has a seamless collar, a double-needle sleeve, a removable label, and has a fabric weight of 4.5oz.

To care for your shirt, we recommend to machine wash on your cold setting inside-out on a gentle cycle with similar colors. No fabric softeners.

For the longest life, tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing the decoration on the front.
