Exactly as described and matches the photos. I wish there was an adjustment that would allow the small end of the mandrel to fit in the hole that I thought was designed to hold the small end. However, it does have holes placed in the bottom of the stand to allow it to be screwed to a table. This is heavy duty and will allow me to hammer my wire wrapped rings much more easily. All in all, very well packaged, exactly as described and as shown. Thank you

I loved this mandrel and the adjustable stand. I would have loved that the stand had come with the exact measure of the mandrel so I don't have to adjust the stand to fit the mandrel. But I am super happy with my purchase. Fast shipping.
