How long do items take to ship?

All listings have a date in which the item will ship, but please be aware that the time frame can change at any moment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for item to ship.

Do You offer a rush fee?

Yes I do! The rush fee will get your items out same or next day. The rush fee must be purchased in order to get your item pushed to the front of my order line.

Items tracking says delivered but its not in my mail box

Unfortunately once an item is marked as delivered there is nothing I can do. If the items isn't marked delivered and has seem to gone MIA, please contact your local P.O. about your package, most items have shipping insurance on them. If the USPS cannot locate your item please contact me to see if your item has shipping insurance on it.

Do you accept returns?

I do NOT accept returns or refunds. Please make sure to order the correct size (All sizing is in the description of each listing) If you choose to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of items being paid. After the 24 hour mark is up I can no longer refund your order and item will ship within the time frame started on your invoice.

NO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY YOUR ITEMS! Only hand wash and air dry all tutus and tutu dresses. To un wrinkle please simply brush with fingers or let steam with a steamer or in a hot bathroom. You may also use a fabric softener or water on your tutu to help un wrinkle or de tangle.

Items missing or defects

Although every order goes through a final inspection, occasionally defects or missing products slip by. You have 5 days after item tracking is marked ''delivered" to notify me of any missing items or product defects. Example: Broken straps, missing item, etc. Please include photos within the message of original packaging & defects if any. With order # and I'll solve the issue immediately.

All sizing details can be found either in the photo section of each individual listing or in the description. Tutu sizes are VERY different then regular clothes so make sure to measure your child correctly. It is NOT my fault if buyer purchases incorrect size. Feel free to message me if you have any further questions or want a custom size.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes I offer bulk orders!!! bulk orders start at 10 items or more. If you are needing a bulk order please feel free to message me and I will give you a discount plus combined shipping for all items.

I do offer exchanges. (NOT ON CUSTOM ITEMS, example: adding extra inches to standard tutu, lined top upgrade, custom measurements, etc) Anything with upgrades or custom measurements to fit the buyer are not eligible for exchanges. Exchanges must be made within 3 days of the item begin delivered. After 3 days I cannot exchange an item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and new shipping. If item looks used or not in the NEW condition sent, I will not exchange and item will be sent back and no refund will be given.

Tulle,Tops, detailing, etc. disclaimer

I try and match every single color to the listing photo. However due to the nature of my products/suppliers, some colors may be slightly lighter or brighter depending on my supplier shipment. Please note my items are handmade. Colors & items may vary slighty. And may not look 100% identical to the listing photo. I may need to swap or make adjust products accordingly. Buying handmade is a special experience. The minor quarks & not 100% identical products is what makes buying from a handmade seller of Etsy an experience.

International shipping

I am located in the continental United states, international shipping depending on location can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks possibly longer. Please note international shipping does not track once outside the United states. I am not responsible for lost or late packages. Please see customs disclaimer above. Priority Shipping upgrades are available for most international locations, please feel free to message me prior to ordering to see what options are available.

I drop of all orders that will be shipping that day at approximately 3:30pm. If you're order has shipped please note Item will start tracking later that night. If you order a ready to ship item, items ordered before 2:45pm will ship same day. If later, items will ship the following business day.
