Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and item, includingthe shipping label in the photos. If your package is marked Delivered but has been not received: Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, message us and we will do our best to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. To start a return, please contact us with your order number.

We ship via USPS. They are reliable and trusted, but often experience delays. PLEASE BE PATIENT, they (and we) are not Amazon. Shipping times vary by destination. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

We license our artwork based on scope of use (media, circulation, duration, and exclusivity). To inquire, please send us an email at hello@thefarwoods.com with the title of the piece you'd like to license and a detailed description of the use you are envisioning.

Tell me more about your packaging.

We do our best to use mostly non-plastic packaging! This means most of our prints are packed in a paper sleeve taped to a cardboard backing, all inside a flat cardboard mailer. Some of our larger prints (and our Moon Calendar) ship wrapped in paper inside a cardboard shipping tube. Stickers ship in paper envelopes. Books ship in plastic-free padded eco-mailer envelopes. Other items ship in reused packaging, when possible! Using reused packaging means less new material enters the waste stream.
